For the past few months, this domain hasn't been the most visited website in the internet world, but this is my haven. A lot of people probably have forgotten this thing and what I have written in it, and a lot more don't know I have a blog at all. It would be easier to just blog using a certain website that's most popular for picture uploading capabilities, but as always, I go old-school. ;) In terms of advertising, I won't probably reach out to many people, but I guess that's not my motive. After so many months of not going here, it's time to go back. Chances are, I'll be talking to myself only. And who knows, the controversies and insults could go back as well.=D Ladies and gentlemen, the king is back.
It's funny how many things have happened for the past 4-5 months and I have not written about them all. I watched sadly as the DLSU Green Archers eliminate the ADMU Blue Eagles in the semifinals and sweep the 14-0 UE Red Warriors in the UAAP Finals. That is the Atenean's ultimate nightmare. Last week, I went to the Philippine Ad Congress with my blockmates and I had a blast. Bonding times with the C48 peeps makes me realize how much I'll miss them when we graduate, especially now since next term is the last term we'll spend together as the one after that is thesis time. I'm fortunate to have the chance to get to know more some of my blockmates that I haven't talked to much for the past 3 years of my stay in DLSU. Like all other guys my age, I have participated in NBA Fantasy Leagues, and I'm doing quite fine with my teams. Advice: pick your sleeper picks well. This term, I'm selling a whole ton of stuff for my Marksam class. These products range from Jansport bags, Nike and Adidas sports apparel, Globe prepaid load, Sanuk footwear (I must remember that they are NOT sandals), Rubbermaid and Vercia glassware for all you moms out there, Avon make-up for girls who want an affordable way to look beautiful, and so much more. If interested, IM me in my YM or just text me. With the holiday season looming, there WILL be discounts. =) To the more active and social people, that's boring sh*t. To me, that's a lot.
In this portion, I was supposed to write something quite personal here, but eventually, I deleted it and decided to keep it to myself. If you manage to read it before, you deserve a medal. As much as I feel that I have an indestructible soul, the king still has a heart of a human being. I do have problems, though not as serious as the ones who are unfortunate than me spiritually and financially, but I have problems nonetheless. Normally, the old Joppy would let it all out here in my blog, but this time, I'll keep it to myself instead.
With that, I'm about to part with my signature line that I haven't used in a long time. Maybe I'll write more often here and maybe I won't. Whatever the case, the good days will come for the great one. A few more weeks and it's Christmas time. Take care. PEACE!-rJv
